After qualifying at UCT and completing his articles, Cameron realised that he wanted to partner with individuals to make a difference in their lives, rather than pursue the traditional Chartered Accountant career path.

He joined Netto Invest in 2007 as he wanted to work with a firm who took a personalised approach to dealing with both colleagues and clients. Since moving to Netto Invest, Cameron has enjoyed building relationships with clients as he navigates them through complex financial decisions in order to help them achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. He believes that there is more to life than money and this is highlighted by his holistic approach to financial planning and his commitment to the need to provide retirees, investors and business owners with well-researched, comprehensive and independent advice.

As a Chartered Accountant, CFP® professional, and Director of Netto Invest, Cameron is often asked to share his expertise and has appeared on Radio 702 and written for various publications, including News24.

He believes in the importance of grooming young people to become the future stars of the financial industry. Through the graduate training programme offered at Netto Invest, Cameron hopes to improve the standard of advice offered by financial advisors, thereby improving the image of the industry. His hope is that this will in turn promote confidence in the financial industry ensuring that clients seek the advice they require to maximise the probability of them achieving their financial and lifestyle goals.
